I go every 3 months for injection in both knees. They help a lot service always great.
My visit to OIO to see Dr Ottie was great! The staff at OIO is always professional, helpful and kind. The x-ray tech girls are fast at getting that hallway of people X-rayed. My technician was fast but kind but so nice and patient. Inside Dr Otto’s office all the staff were very friendly and helpful. And Dr Ottie was full of good spirits being able to laugh and joke with me and my husband but also be serious about answering all of our questions and concerns with my post-op hip replacement. Very attentive. Listened and used his skills and knowledge to provide me with an understanding and a plan. Felt like a patient not a number. OIO reception staff were rude and lack compassion but his kindness and throughness made up for it
