We received excellent care from Dr Douglass---very caring and went above and beyond in spending time to help diagnose and arrange the proper care.
Positive staff and appointment was on time. Felt in good hands and information was given and explained well.
My wife and I both see Dr. Douglass and have always found him to be very competent and a very active listener. Additionally, we have used the facilities and also have the utmost respect and confidence in every member of the staff we have interacted with, from reception to discharge. I have no problem recommending Dr. Douglass!
I question his competence. He wouldn't listen to me. I ask for labs to test my stomach acid, enzymes, and thyroid, or whatever has been causing me to loose 30 pounds over the last few years. He insisted I get a colonoscopy. Interestingly enough he works at a colonoscopy clinic. I explained how painful it had been a few months before when I tried to prep, but wasn't successful. Dr Douglass listens to his patients, answers questions so they can be understood by lay people and I always feel that he has the knowledge and expertise to help those who need it.
Dr. Douglass is very respectful, answers questions directly and engages in meaningful dialog.
Excellent n dealing with patients and explaining the outcome of the procedure.
