The only reason I gave a 4 on punctuality is because they had technical difficulties starting the virtual appointment, it evidently crashed. I've had previous virtual appointments that worked fine. Dr. is very thorough, caring, compassionate & takes as much time as needed. Some bad labs came back, he called to discuss plan forward the same day he got the labs! I appreciated that since affording Dr copays is difficult for me right now. I'm in great hands! I highly recommend him to anyone.

I had a very positive experience - I was fairly nervous heading into my appointment, but at every juncture I was met with friendly, patient, and knowledgeable medical professionals.
After I was prepped for my procedure, I had to wait a long time until the Dr. was ready.
Dr. Douglass is great! He is thorough and takes adequate time with me during each visit.. After being very sick for months he was able to help me get to the bottom of the issue and circled the wagons until we had a resolution.
Dr. Douglass listened to what I had to say and I was impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness.
