Came in for my 5 year colonoscopy…everything went well, staff all friendly and knowledgeable
I didn’t require staff assistance, so I didn’t provide a rating. I did call the clinic in Newberg on February 27th 2023 and received extremely poor and disrespectful assistance from a young man! To sum it up he said Don’t call us, we will call you! To this day (8 days later, I still have not gotten a call!

Dr. Douglas was very thorough and kind. He took lots of time with me, great interest in what has been happening and then in the examination and results. First class care and compassion.
I appreciated how receptive Dr. Douglass was to my questions and comments. He was informed about my condition and offered advice and recommendations clearly for me. He made a rough situation much easier. Thank you.
Dr. Douglass is superb in every way. I have suffered with Chron's disease for 41 years and have seen many gastroenterologists around the country. Dr. Douglass is extremely knowledgeable, highly competent in his procedures, and he is both compassionate and caring. Truly a great doctor.
My overall experience was excellent. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. I gave a 4 star for punctuality due to them running late but I totally understand because my appointment was at the end of the day on December 30th so it’s tough for them to fun schedule at year end. All of my procedures with Oregon Clinic have been great! I highly recommend!!!
Very helpful and informative. This was my first experience with Real-time Video, very easy.
The staff was welcoming and reassuring. A very thorough intake of medical history was completed online and clearly had been read and assessed by Dr. Douglass before the virtual consultation prior to the procedure. Specific prep instructions ensured that I was ready for the procedure which Dr. Douglass explained clearly before hand. The results were relayed to my husband and me, along with follow-up options. Warm, personable and professional, Dr. Douglass has my complete confidence.
