Raliene hosted our tour of the building. She was very personable. JPT really has everything you could want in an apartment community. Two fitness centers, washer and dryer in each apartment, and those huge closets? Come on! I've toured a lot of the new buildings in the area and JPT is at the top of my list.

Came in on a busy Sunday and Raileen helped me out, she was so sweet genuine. Showed me around and the unit is gorgeous, brand new units in the heart of Anaheim can’t beat that ! Plus so many cool amentaties and events !
I toured the place with Raliene and I loved it! Looking forward to moving into my apartment soon!!!

My wife and I toured these brand new units today and they are beautiful! Lots of complimentary amenities and Raliene was an incredible tour guide! Highly recommend taking a tour here if you are in the market for a new apartment.
This complex is absolutely gorgeous and so luxurious! With amenities like free barre and spin classes, several clubs and media rooms, and free beer for Sunday games, you really get the star treatment here! Raliene, who gave us our tour, was as knowledgeable and sweet! Five stars! #liverentfreejpt
I love living here! We’ve been here for almost a year. We love the gyms and classes. Between the two, we have so many choices of workout routines/equipment and the free classes I have tried are great, especially because they’re free! The staff is awesome and the property is pretty clean. We have been really happy here so far!
Helped by Sasha, and James. They both very friendly and love to help me with my problems. And as a resident, they always remind me about the benefit I have with the complex, which make my every dime with it. The thing I liked the most is they have gym that is 24/7, and they will have yoga and training class constantly, which is very convenience, they also provide clean tower every day, the equipment is brand new and latest update, you need to see it for yourself, than you will know what I am talking about.
