You have been warned!! Horrible place to live!! 10 guest spots for 400 apartments. NO onsite security and the place is filled with Airbnb guests that break and mess up the community. Dogs bark at all hours and are left on the patios. Now that we are nearing the end of our lease and started the search, there are so many better options!! Within the past few months (like everyone has said) it’s gone downhill. But let’s address the most important thing, people’s cars being broken into on a consistent basis. It’s evident safety here is not a concern. After emailing the property manager and not getting a response it’s clear he is very overwhelmed and does not know what to do about this problem. (If anyone reading this knows the property management company info can you send it my way??!!) And if you’re considering JPT, look elsewhere PLEASE!
We had a stay here booked through Airbnb. We were working with Briana and Chad, a few days before the trip they quit replying to our messages then 3 hours before check in they cancelled our reservation claiming they found bed bugs and now we can get reimbursed by Airbnb.
Gone way down hill in last 6-9 months. They do not care about residents. Too bad as it was nice but no more. Management is terrible.

RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!! Read the never ending reviews with the same issues and learn from our experience!! Don't make the same mistake as we did, and stay away from this property at all cost!! I really wanted to like this property but it seems to be one disappointment after another.
