Unfortunately, this complex showed a lot of potential - but has disappointed. Unless you’re a 20 something yr old college student that doesn’t mind incessant dog barking, (I’ve got 3 dogs now that bark every day all day above below and side) people smoking weed and cigars on their balconies, complete un-enforcement of the pool area rules and neighbors blasting music and their TV’s via sound bars that vibrate through the “very thin” walls and floors - I’d suggest looking elsewhere. I have to say that moving into Jefferson Platinum Triangle is the best decision my roommates and I could have made! We had a huge checklist when we were searching for our new home and Jefferson seriously blew our checklist out of the water! You cannot beat the amenities here and the staff is so kind and helpful. Have been to visit family and just love it. The pool is beautiful. The grounds are very very well kept. The apartments are fantastic. Well designed with tons of amenities. If anyone is looking for a place to move or re-locate to I highly recommend!!!
