Good normal apartment I lived here in a 2 bed 2 bath on the 3rd floor with a roommate for 3 years and we had no real issues. Maintenance requests were acted on timely. Since I was on the 3rd floor there were no noise issues. The front gate was broken more time than it worked during my 3 years here. Pretty normal apartment complex with a mix of mostly young adults and families.
Nice apartment, but they will try to nickel & dime you Nice spacious updated apartments with large closets. Good location close to 95, the outlet mall, City Place, downtown, & the airport. However, they will try to nickel and dime you. They will try to charge you for every little thing, including basic maintenance costs. Do not recommend.

Not Worth the $$$ Looks nice until you live there. Cheap materials. Wood 'look' floors are vinyl on concrete slabs, no insulation, noise transfers through floors (or your ceiling). Most apartments located either directly adjacent to Congress or the I-95, constant noise and dust from traffic. Grill hadn't worked in over 2 years and they keep telling you the parts are ordered. Do. NOT. Rent. Here I've lived in several manged-on-site apartment complexes like this. This one is the absolute worst. The grounds are well maintained, and all top of the line, but the staff is terrible. I lived here for two years, with numerous plumbing and pest control issues. Along with this the management is constantly reassessing and charging additional "fees" and making new asinine rules like requiring parking decals and parking for parking places. It is a horribly run property. Don't risk living here.
Not the worst but far far far far from great Lived there for a year. Management treats you like they could care less about your questions or concerns once they got your money. Rules are not enforced at all so that means parties at the pool until 2am on week nights, cars broken into, grills broken more than not, pigeons nesting and pooping everywhere. Don't Rent Here! I would not recommend living here at all!! First of all, my car was stolen from here, yes right outside my window! Gated community, which does nothing to protect us at all! Also, other cars being broken into. We get a letter Crime Issue, please lock car doors etc. really? That's it? No security? They have an off duty police officer..? Where? jefferson palm beach its beautiful scenery and apartment is nice,but for the price it is too small and the ventilation is poor. I can hear doors slamming all the time people ,talking down stairs.

I love it !!!! Just moved in , I am actually the first tenant in my apartment . everything is new .... I love my hardwood floors and granite countertops ....Staff is great !! they made it so easy to move in . so exited !!!! love it !!!
