5 Stars I had the pleasure of touring Cortland recently and can’t think of a single reason for it not to get 5 stars. The community is clearly well maintained and the apartments are beautiful. I’ve looked at many apartment communities in the area and Paola is by far the kindest and most knowledgeable leasing agent I have worked with. It is clear that Cortland holds themselves to a high standard and lives up to it!
Verified Renter I don’t recommend people to live here with the current management. Problems are ignored and they have been rude or ignored questions and issues. Non residents use the facilities when they are not supposed to and people dump garbage here like it’s a dump and staff won’t fix the issues.

Verified Renter The whole experience from touring to applications was an easy process. I fell in love with the community and apartment with the tour in my search was over. I knew I had found my new home. And am constantly grateful I chose Cortland west palm.
Nice place I was driving by and found this place next to BJs. The pool area feels like a resort and nice gym. June toured us and answered all our questions. She was really helpful! So far #1 pick on the list. Close to i95 also.
