Maintenance and Staff I have been living at Cortland Palm Beach for over 3 years. I have not resided in an apartment for MANY (double digit) years and I was nervous. I would like to thank and acknowledge the office staff and maintenance staff! Any issue, large or small, has been addressed immediately and resolved in the same manner. They communicated with me on appointments for someone to come to my home, follow up during and after, as well as send constant communication regarding anything happening in our “community”. Quiet and convenient I can't get over the location close to airport and downtown, highway as well. The staff is nice and helpful, they put on a lot of events to bring the community together. always nice meeting neighbors

Beautiful Community A Great Community the front office and maintenance staff is very attentive. This is the best apartment my boyfriend and I have lived in. Definitely recommend moving here.

Worth it! This complex continues to get better and better. With renovations and updates, it’s becoming more like a resort. One think I really appreciate is the responsiveness of the maintenance team. They take care of things fast and easy.
