Would Recommend Newly renovated & always clean leasing office. Leasing staff is always very helpful. Maintenance technician quick & courteous with their orders. Conveniently located by the highway, Palm Beach airport, the Palm Beach Outlets & Downtown West Palm. Also, very fairly priced compared to surrounding properties.

Upgrade Every time I call or visit the front office everyone is always so nice and welcoming. They bring the community together with events. They always helps when I have any questions or concerns. Property is currently renovating can’t wait for all the newly remodeled amenities! Cortland west palm beach is the place to live especially when everything is so walking distance.

Yay cortland Cortland is a very fun apartment complex. The pool is beautiful and it’s a very clean, gated area.
