Extremely unprofessional. They will give you appointments and then make you wait for hours just to be seen or rescheduled. Happened with me not once but several times. Will Never recommend them. NEVER

I never liked going to the dentist but Dr.Shilpi and her staff are by far the most professional dental office I have been to. Dr.Shilpi is very knowledgeable and she explains in detail the treatment. I got my invisalign and she showed me the progress I have made so far and I can already feel my teeth shifting. I would highly recommend Dr.Shilpi at Farmers Branch. Thank you for your help!
Jefferson Dental was extremely courageous, friendly, professional. Dr. Shiloh was knowledgeable, she trained the staff as she went along to give them insight, she spoke we’ll, asked if you understood the procedure if you had any questions, Marisol was very helpful, the staff that waited on my husband and I was great. make a appt to be seen at that time and they take forever to get seen also the front desk girl are not to friendly they dnt smile or greet you when you walk in thank God this will be my last visit here and hopefully the other Jefferson clinic in Lewisville will be better
i recommend good staff and friendly staff .one thing i will advice about time frame, must know specific treatment and calculate the time, and gap , so it wont affect the appointment the others patient appointment..
