i have been so humilated and embarrassed by the total sales department and especially by the team leader ( mr. ******). the whole ordealed of my trying to purchase a new 2021 highlander was a total chambelled from start to finished.

Disappointment. I had a set appointment to test drive a car for the 2nd time. I drove 40 miles one way to do this. I got there and the car had just left the lot (for a test drive with walk-in customers). My "salesman" (who waited on me the first appointment) was even off that day (I was unaware of this when I made the appointment). I will not due business with this company.

I leased a new car and was ramrodded through the process. There was not transparentcy. All smoke and mirrors hiding the actual transaction details in a monthly payment offer. they deliberately wanted to keep all the actual costs, reductions, final costs off the table to disguise what was really going on. The lease is just the rental of the car not the purchase, so the actual purchase is hidden in jargon, yet the old car is traded as an adjustment to the lease. I recently purchased a 2015 ******** **** **** from Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville, Indiana. It came with one key fob and the salesman(David ******) told me that he will get me another one. So after a couple of weeks I went back on a Monday and he stated that the key guy comes on Tuesday morning at 10:00am. I said ok and returned Tuesday morning at 9:53 in the morning and he wasn't there and another salesman said he would be in later and he could see if he could get me a answer about the key fob.
