The managers at Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville bully their employees and I've witnessed it. They also include packages without customers permission on vehicles. I've also witnessed an employee come into work extremely intoxicated and the managers allowed him to stay. They also ran my credit without my permission.
Lack of integrity from the entire Wyler auto group. Was discussing a vehicle with a sales rep at the Batavia, OH dealership who informed me that the vehicle had sold. No problem, I thought. Cars sell - you move on. Went back to their website to see if there were other vehicles we would be interested in. Website search proved that was a lie and that it had simply been moved to another Wyler lot 100 miles away in Clarksville, IN and marked up $3500! Bought a truck in May. Never received a title for it. Dealership gave me multiple temporary tags and finally a metal dealer tag. Dealership has not reached out to resolve this issue or even keep me updated.
If you are thinking of buying a new car or doing maintenance on your Toyota, look for another dealer, the service manager Bryce ******** refused to sell me parts for my vehicle and do any service, to my vehicle this is the worst service department in all the Toyota dealers in the area.

They had a vehicle listed and raised the price after I started showing interest , raised price close to 2000.00 , said because market value went up was one story other story was they had to do things to it , would not sell me the vehicle for original price even though I had screen shots of it. Then no call back

So I went to Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville to buy a 2020 ***** Malibu. First off, the car salesman immediately rubbed me the wrong way by referring to me as "Bro", I just got the impression that he was super nonprofessional. If there is any advice you ever want to listen to it is to NEVER go to Jeff Wyler to buy a vehicle and especially not Jeff Wyler of Clarksville Indiana! They completely ****, they lie to you, they sign you up for every package to take your money, they DO NOT go over the full contract and skip over parts (IMPORTANT PARTS). Unfortunately I had to give this dealership a star. These guys are thieves. I seen a car they had online. It was advertised at 14994.00. After driving 4.5 hours, the new price was 19k +. When I asked what happened to the original price, I was showed over 4100.00 worth of made up charges. I feel sorry for anyone that buys a car from these people.
