Bought a truck in May. Never received a title for it. Dealership gave me multiple temporary tags and finally a metal dealer tag. Dealership has not reached out to resolve this issue or even keep me updated.

If you are thinking of buying a new car or doing maintenance on your Toyota, look for another dealer, the service manager Bryce ******** refused to sell me parts for my vehicle and do any service, to my vehicle this is the worst service department in all the Toyota dealers in the area.

Salesman at Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville reached out to me with an offer to my *******, I signed the paperwork June 22, 2022 with hope that the pay check will be available in 3days, after 7 days of waiting without any update from the dealership as to why the payment hasn’t been made, I called the dealership, they told me that the paperwork wasn’t completed correctly and asked me to come sign for the second time which I did, this time they asked me to wait up to 10 days again, I again waited until 13 days and no call, no ... read more

They had a vehicle listed and raised the price after I started showing interest , raised price close to 2000.00 , said because market value went up was one story other story was they had to do things to it , would not sell me the vehicle for original price even though I had screen shots of it. Then no call back

So I went to Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville to buy a 2020 ***** Malibu. First off, the car salesman immediately rubbed me the wrong way by referring to me as "Bro", I just got the impression that he was super nonprofessional. The Malibu was the exact car I was looking for and I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. I signed all the paperwork and made a $15,000 down payment on the vehicle. If there is any advice you ever want to listen to it is to NEVER go to Jeff Wyler to buy a vehicle and especially not Jeff Wyler of Clarksville Indiana! They completely ****, they lie to you, they sign you up for every package to take your money, they DO NOT go over the full contract and skip over parts (IMPORTANT PARTS). We originally went to see a car (that we were told was ready and ran our credit for) and when we arrived it was not even available to be bought it was completely disgusting and wrecked. Unfortunately I had to give this dealership a star. These guys are thieves. I seen a car they had online. It was advertised at 14994.00. After driving 4.5 hours, the new price was 19k +. When I asked what happened to the original price, I was showed over 4100.00 worth of made up charges. I feel sorry for anyone that buys a car from these people. This dealer is the worst one I have seen or dealt with; I purchased a highlander from them on 19 of July 2021. Part of the deal is to add crossbar and Tinting 2 windows. It took them till 6 of August to fix little things. In early September 2021, we did not get the title. I called them, and they offer me the tracking number (why now after I asked when not before), checked the day of the (supposed) delivered title, and check the videos for the form of the house no delivery with track number at that day. i have been so humilated and embarrassed by the total sales department and especially by the team leader ( mr. ******). the whole ordealed of my trying to purchase a new 2021 highlander was a total chambelled from start to finished.
