Nice polite people that say all the right things but do nothing they say will be done. Took my deposit, I waited for the new car to arrive. Three weeks later I find out it was never ordered. Left messages and Sales mgmt nor OMAR the salesman ever called to inform me. Horrible dealership.

They listed four different items that I did not purchase. They did finally agree to deduct those amounts after I said I would leave the car there if it was not addressed. They did then rewrite the contract and take all charges off. However I now have loan papers with all of the incorrect figures. They were rude. This place is no good. I called about a car a couple weeks ago and they took so long to get back with me and then told me it was sold. Then today the same car is back on their website and Auto Trader. When we inquired again, they said it just sold. I know it's the same vehicle because I have pictures on my phone. Exact same stickers and everything. Don't trust this delearship.
I bought a 2013 dodge charger from them I haven't even made second payment on the car, and they believe it has a computer or electrical problem. They say I should take it to Dodge so let's say the 6 month and 6,000-mile warranty is BS.... I would like to understand what the 60 point inspection they advertise actually is there is no way the car didn't have these issues before I purchased. I wouldn't send an enemy there to purchase anything
Had my SUV looked at for Hail damage on May 20th. I have been waiting for my estimate for several weeks now and no estimate. I called them numerous times for my estimate and they won’t return my calls. Please do not do business with this company.

Do not sell a car to Jeff Wyler Toyota!!! We sold our car to them on Thursday, May 1st. We were told the check would be overnighted, we may receive it Saturday the 3rd or Monday the 5th at the latest. Today is Monday the 12th and we still have not received a check. We have called 3 times and can't get a return call from Dylan, the used car manager. Apparently this is a common practice for them. I see something similar from 7/30/22, only we haven't gotten any call back at all.
Buyer beware. Save your $$$. I purchased the extended warranty from Jeff Wyler in Clarksville Indiana. The warranty is still good for another year and I cannot get them to return my calls to shedule an appointment. Over the last 2 weeks, I have talked to several employees at the Clarksville location and each time they send my call to the service area where I have left 10+ voicemails. This might be the most deceptive, uncaring, and worthless dealership within 100miles. Show up on Saturday 11/09 for a 9am appt. I inform them I have to leave at noon for a funeral. After the dealer lost the keys to the vehicle I purchased for 45 min I leave at 1230 and have to turn right back around LITERALLY at 1235 to take the vehicle back because the sunroof won't close. Jason(is service dept who we always trusted) calls me & said I needed the following and the prices: pump kit and brake booster($ 1,272.25) with accumulator actuator($1,657.78).
