I bought a 2020********** from Jeff Smith ford in December 2020. It only had 1 fob key. I was told would resolve this. I waited and waited and called several times, Nothing happened. I had a fob key made and paid for it . I sent them a letter and a receipt from the locksmith. Still nothing. I went to the dealership and they refused to pay. The bill total was $230.05. I paid over 36,000 for this truck. There is no service after the sale at Jeff Smith Ford. Stay away from this dealership.
