Jeff was great to work with. I had a great time and he made sure that we didn't jump into the first house we found. He was awesome for negotiating and absolutely helped us get the best price and wouldn't back down from making sure we got our price. I look forward to having him be our realtor in the future for the sale of our current and purchase of our next home.

I highly recommend Jeff. He was amazing during the entire process of selling our house. He worked incredibly hard to get top dollar for our home in Lewiston. He responded quickly to any and all communication. He kept on top of every aspect of the sale to make sure things went as quickly and smoothly as they could. I can't recommend Jeff enough.

Jeff Mcguire and his team were very helpful and informative. He made lots of time for me and my wife to show us all available houses we wanted to see. He made recommendations on who to contact to be our mortgage lender, who was amazing. When we picked the house we wanted he made amazing recommendations on inspectors, things we should have inspected like the sewer line, and was always available for any questions we had. Jeff worked with us tirelessly to help us find our perfect first home, not an easy task. He met with us in the evenings and some weekend, really went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. He made the process of buying a home so easy and his good nature and honesty, along with sense of humor, made the whole process feel like a treasure hunt. He’s the only realtor we will ever use should we ever sell our home or buy again.

Buying a house with Jeff, I believe was the BEST possible experience we could have had. He was really caring, and it honestly mattered to him that we found the perfect place for our family! He bent over backwards to meet our needs. He really tryed for us. We were so blessed to have him. He didn't deceive us. He is really honest. He let is know if it was good for us or not. He always showed up on time, in rain or snow. His dad was really helpful as well. The whole windermere team was so gracious and amazing. He never ignored us was always quick to return our calls and answer any questions we had. He became more than just a realtor, he became a friend. Definitely cannot go wrong with Jeff.

Jeff McGuire and his team work hard for their clients. I had a house in Genesee, ID and Jeff sold it for top value. He is patient and willing to work with the client. The support team is where the best benefit for the Jeff Team is. They will work above and beyond to make the sale go smooth as well as get the best value for your dollar. I highly recommend!

This guy is amazing! I would definitely recommend him. He help us find our home and has come thru every time we contacted him. He showed us a lot houses before we found the right one.. he got the paperwork work done in a timely matter. I’m glad we had him, he provided great service!
