Dr. Butts is phenomenal in his time in nashville doing a simple eye exam he crossed all t's and dotted every I. He referred me out to and specialist for further care 5+ and ever since then I could never express how much I appreciate him. He's heaven sent and worth ALL THE TIME AND MONEY. Chattanooga is SO LUCKY to have him. Thank you Dr. Butts for being amazing!
My experience with Dr Jeffrey Butts at MyEyeDr was very good!! I’ve been to “many” Optometrists and he was the first to seriously take time and explain a question of mine in detail in regards to lasik. He wasn’t rushing me out to see his next patient. He answered my questions in detail, explained why and what and gave me the opportunity to ask additional questions which ended with a recommendation. He was very thorough and very easy to talk to.
The eye doctor was great , but the guy that helping pick out a pair of glasses was rude didn't speak good English and when I couldn't afford the glasses he was trying to push on me , he got aggravated, and nasty and referred me to Walmart eye doctor , said I mite find what I need there
Dr. Butts took the time to explain possible issues with prior eye glass prescriptions from another company; explained my eye issues in depth, and found another issue that I did not know existed. I always had problems with my new prescription having a distortion; there was always a slight blur when I wore my glasses. MyEyeDr. got it right the FIRST time. Dr. Butts provided excellent service.
