Well they can never make the food correctly. The management is rude and talks to people like crap. And where not willing to give a refund for the food that was made wrong. Only exchange. I don't want it re made I wanted a refund for something they screwed up. But nope. I called my order on and don't open it tiI got to work. Again they screwed up and management was rude. I will not return and I will tell everyone I know what bad business Jedis offers

Second time ordering here they are always rude! They messed up our food and act like they did not want to correct the order. And worst of all some hours later I feel as if I'm about to throw up and that's the only thing I had all day long! NEVER eating there again I'll go to McDonald's before there
The employees are very rude and every time I order over there my order is messed up I won't go here if my life depended on it but out of all the employees only 1 of them are nice and that's sad
I've been coming here for over twenty-five years and I've never had a problem. The food is WONDERFUL and the people are great! If you leave there hungry then that means that you didn't pick up your fork because you get plenty of food!!! Plus, the food is really good! If you come here for breakfast, you have to try the country skillet, lunchtime, the Jedi dip is sooo good, and I absolutely LOVE their veal Parmesan!!! Been eating here for over 18 years and I still keep coming back for the torture. Not sure why, oh I know the only place open besides White Castle. Which I do love the Castle On Occasions. Just never leave with carry out. I ge ty it often and still don't know why I go back. Disappointed once again. In house all good. Carry out just sucks
