I ordered the Lemon Sauce Chicken , I had just left the Eye Doctor and was Dilated so my vision wasn't 100% . However I took my meal home after eating some of the Breast . I went to eat the meal that night and THE CHICKEN HAD BLOOD NEAR THE BONE !!! RAW !!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!! This restaurant had the NERVE !! To question the fact that some was eaten already , REALLY !! I could have gotten Seriously Sick eating RAW CHICKEN !!! I really enjoy the food when it's hot! The last few times our food was luke warm and was clearly in the window ready when our server was enjoying her pop or side dish in plain sight. As others have posted, the wait staff is not the best. Especially during dinner hours. We haven't been back in a while because our service was terrible on multiple occasions during breakfast & dinner time. They aren't trained well enough to handle rushes of people or there needs to be additional staff during those hours. Please change your servi... read more

Our server was nice when she was around. Breakfast was horrible. How do you screw up pancakes. Ham egg and cheese sandwich was the worst if ever had. Never again!!!!

My daughter waited over 2 hours for her order, and had to leave before it arrived. Wait staff did not cancel the order and her friend had to pay for it. When I contacted them, they refused to refund it. She was with a big group who had reservations and the place was still completely understaffed. The place has not been the same since they rebuilt. I will never go back.

It doesn't sound like this happened at our establishment, Joy. We've never heard of anyone having to wait two hours for food here, and if that were the case, it certainly would have been rectified, as that's ridiculous and not in line with our standards.
