My daughter waited over 2 hours for her order, and had to leave before it arrived. Wait staff did not cancel the order and her friend had to pay for it. When I contacted them, they refused to refund it. She was with a big group who had reservations and the place was still completely understaffed. The place has not been the same since they rebuilt. I will never go back.

It doesn't sound like this happened at our establishment, Joy. We've never heard of anyone having to wait two hours for food here, and if that were the case, it certainly would have been rectified, as that's ridiculous and not in line with our standards. Great friendly service, from entering all the way until we left. Fast service of our food which was perfect for us because we only had about 30 minutes to eat. Lemon rice and dinner rolls were delicious and we will definitely be back
