Dr. Chen has been the perfect orthodontist for my introverted daughter. She has taken exceptional and gentle care of my daughter, really listening to her needs and desired outcomes. We have had complete trust in the decisions she's made about the course of action to take to get my daughter's smile looking healthy and to a result my daughter is comfortable with. Dr. Chen is so good at what she does! Provides clear explanations and asks whether you have questions at each visit. She made the whole braces experience painless and I am so happy with my new smile! Even in the middle of a pandemic, she checked in worked tirelessly to keep me on track with my treatment. I'll be recommending her to everyone I know!
Dr Chen treated two of my children. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, and worked with us on the best options for treatment.

Dr Chen has been great. She is super cooperative when it came to scheduling a cleaning session woven with a orthodental session. Her clinic is super clean and welcoming. I did not have any pain during the procedure.
Dr. Chen has helped us out for the past 5 years or so dealing with braces and retainers to help Landon grow into his teeth. Dr. Chen and Erica are always there to answer questions and work with us to find the best solution for Landon's teeth. They remember him every time and are always happy to see him, even when he is not the most excited to be here. Dr. Chen was great to work with. Had appointments that acomodatted my work schedule. My only regret is not asking more questions of what to expect when the process was complete or more options on less tooth extractions. Wish I would have done this when I was younger too! But she was great about providing me with products and all the steps to get me to the finish line.
I am so appreciative for Dr. Chen and Erica's willingness to work with me and provide my the best ortho care I could ever ask for. I feel truly fortunate to have been under the care of this team. Dr. Chen is one of the most dedicated, kind, and trustworthy people I know. I always knew exactly what to expect in each of my visits. Thank you for everything!
