My 2 sons have been treated by Dr. Chen since about 2016, first with Phase 1 treatment and now with Phase 2 treatment. We have been impressed with her kindness, communication and the treatment itself. Erika at the front desk is also a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend Dr. Chen's office!
Dr. Chen was kind, gentle, professional, and competent throughout my daughter's orthodontic treatment. From the beginning, she was careful to explain the plan and each step along the way. Sophie never complained about having to go to her appointments, and her smile looks great!
I am so very happy with my overall experience with this place. The care my daughter received was the best. I could not ask for more. Very easy to set up appointment times. They were always willing to answer any questions i had and provide good information. I drive an hour to and from my appointment and it was worth every trip and I would do it a again.
Dr. Chen and her staff cared for my 2 teenage girls and I've been thrilled with the service, quality of care, and flexibility with scheduling. As a physician myself, I'm impressed with Dr. Chen's ability to be her own technician and not rely on orthodontic assistants to do work. Dr. Chen can do it all! :)

Dr. Chen and her staff were very easy to work with. They are accommodating for appointments and provide regular treatment feedback. They are very friendly and professional.
Dr. Chen has great patience and skill. Her office is clean and bright and her team is amazingly responsive! I would greatly recommend Dr. Chen's ortho expertise. She suggested us work with a speech therapist for tongue thrust and it has helped greatly and my daughter's time in braces took less time than expected.
Results have been very good so far. Any issues have been addressed quickly.
Dr. Chen is always professional, friendly and patient. She takes the time to explain to both myself and my children what she is doing and why. We have only had positive interactions with both Dr. Chen and Erika.
