My daughter is just finishing her 1.5-year braces treatment with Dr. Chen. The process has been smooth and so enjoyable (well, I wasn't the one who had to deal with the pain of moving teeth, but it was as pleasant as could be for my daughter!). I can't say enough about Dr. Chen's warm, welcoming demeanor. She always explained the treatment to me and my daughter very patiently and thoroughly. Not only do you get wonderful Orthodontic Care, but the team really takes the time to get to know you. You learn about the next best track and how best to care for your braces/retainers. You also feel important and part of this new community.
Dr. Chen and her office staff were fabulous. She was attentive and answered any questions I had. Making appointments and billing/insurance issues were easy and smooth.
Dr. Chen is professional and always very easy to communicate with during the process. Dr. Chen and Erica, the front desk lady, are helpful in explaining the treatment, and clear in billing and scheduling. I am the last one in my family to get the ortho care from Dr. Chen, and so glad I made the decision. The experience and end result is beyond satisfactory.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chen. She is the best orthodontist I have had the pleasure of being treated by. I will be recommending her to everyone who may need an orthodontist.
Dr. Chen is a real professional w/ lots of knowledge. She makes the parent calm and confident in what she is doing. My kids was always looking forward for the appointment w/ Dr. Chen since they were so fast and painless.
Dr. Chen has been so helpful through the braces process. She takes the time to explain and make the patient feel comfortable and at ease. Also, Erica at the front desk is extremely warm, helpful and understanding. Great experience!
