Dr. Chen and Erica are very knowledgeable and experienced. Erica helped us seamlessly navigate our way through a potential quagmire of insurance / payment / billing issues. Very personable down to the minute you walk in the door, makes you feel at home and comfortable with the process. My kids have always had a great experience with the whole team.

We had a great experience with Dr Chen. My son was very uncertain and shy, she made him feel heard and confident on each step. We never feel rushed and have had no problems making convenient appointments. Dr Chen answered any questions I had in clear understandable terms. The price was very reasonable. I'll be back with my daughter soon!
Not only do Erica and Dr. Chen go out of their way to make this an easy experience - but they also even came to me to drop off retainers. I had some anxiety with everything but she was patient and really kind to me all the time. I am beyond impressed by how beautiful my smile (and confidence!) has become (: They really made this a quick, easy, and simple process. I'm sad to not be able to see them as often.

She was especially great when answering any concerns I had; letting me know what to expect and at what point in the process my concern would be addressed. Dr. Jean Chen is extremely kind and accomodates to her patients, making you feeling comfortable every step of the way!
