After a full set of braces we could not be more happy with our daughters new smile. It has been wonderful working with Dr. Chen's practice. Everything has been smooth and easy.

Dr. Chen listens, takes time with you and has an excellent bedside manner. She explains things to you so that you always understand what she is doing and why. We had experiences at other orthodontists and it felt like you were in a production line at a factory, where they were trying to crank out as many patients in as little time as possible. Dr. Chen did an excellent job with my sons' braces. Both of them have beautiful teeth now after their treatments. Erica (at the front desk) is also wonderful!
I really can't say enough good things about our experience with Dr. Chen and Erica at the front desk. We interviewed 5 different Ortho's in N. Seattle and when my 14 year old son Matthew came to this office he said "Dad, this is the one". You can feel the empathy and quality of Dr. Chen expertise when you walk in. It took me a long time to decide to get braces. I never really cared what my teeth looked like but as I got older I started to noticed that my teeth were not looking good. I decided to get my teeth fixed and I found Dr. Chen and she's amazing. She explained everything in detailed and allowed time for questions. She never rush and was always very professional.
My son constantly broke the wire of his braces and we always manage to schedule for him to get that fixed without much scheduling hassle,
