Dr Chen and her staff are extremely friendly and always helpful and accommodating. I initially chose Invisalign to correct the issues I was having, but when it didn't quite fix what I needed Dr Chen recommended braces near the end of treatment to ensure my smile was perfect. I would definitely recommend Dr Chen!
I originally wanted braces because I am missing my front tooth and needed to make room for an implant. I'm so happy with how my smile turned out. Dr. Chen made sure I was never toothless and placed a fake tooth in the brackets and no one knew that I was missing a tooth there. She was patient and always took the time to make sure it was right, and not just good enough. I definitely love my smile for the first time in years! :)

I would definitely recommend Dr. Chen. Her and her staff were easy to work with and clearly explained every step of the process to my 11 year old. Her teeth are beautiful! Having the ability to go to the Lynnwood office was really convenient.
Dr. Chen and her office staff continues to be amazing to work with. She is has always been so patient with me, takes time to explain the entire process and always does whatever she can to accommodate my busy schedule. My teeth turned out amazing and so many years of weekly visits I can honestly say I am sort of sad knowing that my treatment is done and I wont be seeing her team anymore. Highly recommended!!
Dr. Chen was great, the results were incredible. She was able to make a big difference in my smile. The staff was friendly and had some great talk with Erica.
