RecommendedI bent the heck out of the blade on my mower and was worried I damaged the deck. I brought Alex & his team at the service department a replacement blade and asked them to check out the mower. Luckily for me there was no damage aside from the blade. Not only was the blade replaced within an hour or so, they didn’t charge me... You do not see customer service like this let alone someone helping another person out like this any more. Going on two weeks to get a hydraulic seal kit for my tractor. Overnighted wrong parts after telling them they are wrong. We are now on the third try that they would overnight the seal kits. wrong kits and I guess overnight means 3 days...... I am still waiting. I'm out of commission for a week and a half. Loss of jobs estimating $4000.... Oh, and My John Deere tractor has been in the shop 4 times in a year. Bought it brand new. Do the lemon laws apply to tractors?
