They changed their name before all of the legal paperwork was done. I purchased 7 new Gator 835 and they cannot provide titles because the state says they don’t have the proper licenses 😡
absolutely not. there has been a re-design of the air filter brackets for the 1025r tractors. a lot of people are getting them replaced by the dealer before it breaks causing catastrophic damage to the engine. I was denied. will never shop there again. I will drive out of state to get my new tractor and implements before ever setting foot in there again.....
Worst place I have worked all my years of working. JD was bad but it got 10 times worse after the change. They ruined the generator side of the business(JD Power Systems) and are running the ag side in the ground also.. Numbers don't lie. Koenig is loving all the new business.

I miss JD Equipment! Ag-Pro picked up my tractor for the seasonal service 3 WEEKS ago. To date, I have received no proactive communication even after 2 phone calls by me asking for a status. I've had this service every year previously with JD Equipment and always had clearly defined drop off and pick up date/time. It never took more than a few days. I'm really disappointed. I know things happen, but you should at least keep your customers informed.
I called about a part I needed when I got there it was ready for pickup!! Josh was so helpful when ever I need anything else I will be coming there!! Thanks Josh for all of your help and my dog says thanks too!!!
I wish they would put a store in Tuscarwas County as Kuester implement is the worse! John Deere needs to do something!!
i used to work at there Wilmington store off of st rt 68. they treat there employees just like there customers its a great buisness. And come on nothing runs like a Deere
Had a issue with my 3025E on Wednesday. Called the Marion store (where I got it) and was told it would be a week as all the technicians were busy with combines and such. I explained how it was important to have it fixed by Saturday, and they went above and beyond to get a technician out to my house to fix it Friday afternoon. Can’t express how grateful I am that they found time for me among all the other obligations they have.
