Sales rep could have called me back on the piece of equipment I was trying to purchase, they sold it out from under me, never followed up, I had to call back to follow up and "it sold", I'll never refer anyone here.
Bought a 1023E have had nothing but trouble with it. Would not recommend a JD. Biggest piece of crap I've bought. It's broken down again. No warranty. Service dept replaced a valve hasn't been right since they replaced it. Wish I had bought a different brand.

JD equipment in Wilmington OH truly knows what Customer Service is about !! They went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the repair work they did with our John Deere 318. The service mgr explained the issues in terms I could understand as well as the technician was there to go over cost analysis of repairing an old lawn tractor vs investing in a newer model. I bought my husband a zero turn for his bday and was originally told that it couldn't be delivered until the day after his bday. I called today to check on my delivery time for tomorrow and spoke with JR and I told him that it was a surprise for my husband and he personally delivered the mower this evening so he would have it on his bday and I didn't even ask for it to be changed to today! Thank you so much JR and JD equipment!
Dale Pennington and other salespersons have helped me several times at New Albany store. They were very informative and nice to work with.
