Looking to buy a 3 series compact tractor, no sales people available. Guess I'll look elsewhere, Kubota maybe. At least they greet me.
Rick there sales manager is a you know what. I called him to give him the info on the stolen mower and serial number to tag it in the John Deere system and he basically told me to bad call your insurance. They only care making a sale and taking your money. Most ignorant company I've felt with. Go elsewhere or don't buy John Deere.
JD Equipment has been very good to me and my business over the course of several years. Dealing with them on any of my equipment needs small or large new or used. Sales people are always ready to help and when they can't answer a question I have they track down my answer in no time. Any time I've ever had something go down either new witch is rare, or a used piece I bought the parts and service department have always done as fast of a turnaround as they possibility could. I would never buy anything from them after today. First the website had the wrong photos for the tractor, then when I went in the salesman was rude and uninterested in me. I asked the year and he couldn't provide it then stated about the website and the wrong photos all he could say was it wasn't him or his fault. Then asked about the price considering it is over priced for what I could buy a similar tractor, asked about cash price and man they "might" take $200 off.
