Worse parts department I have ever had to deal with. Don't care about you being down and needing parts and when they screw up and order wrong parts say it's your fault for not having part number.
JD has been great to work with in the past but my most recent experience has not been fantastic. They picked up my mower 1 1/2 months ago, and I finally got an estimate on 4/7 (totally understandable, with the busy spring ramp up). But since then the downtime has languished. I called 4/11 and was told parts had to be ordered and haven't arrived yet. Followed up 4/15 and Amber told me the mower would hopefully be ready 4/18. I then called 4/19 and was told that that was inaccurate, they're still awaiting a part to arrive. So ... read more
