It was incredible that my house went mutual after only 3 days on market!! Our experience with ***** and JCC Concierge really exceeded our expectations! They were very reliable and did everything they said they were going to do efficiently. They helped us a lot with moving our items to storage and paying for our storage unit. They also booked us an Airbnb so we had somewhere to stay while our home was being worked on! I had a good experience with ***** and JCC Concierge. I love the fact that there was transparency and the fact that it was a straight forward process. **************** was the Kitchen, they did an awesome job! The communication was a 10 and the overall experience was a 10. I would definitely encourage anyone to explore it as an option before you sell to ensure you are getting as much out of your sale as you can!

The remodeling portion of the contract was not fulfilled. They kept our farm kitchen sink and expensive faucet ($800) after they promised that they would replace it and give us the farm kitchen sink and faucet.
