If I could give zero stars, I would. There are other negative, recent reviews, please read them. We should have read them before engaging with them, as this is a pattern. We purchased a remodeled home completed by Scott’s company, JCC Concierge, in August of 2025 and what we found after closing was both unsafe and unacceptable. Multiple light switches in the home were dummy switches not wired to anything. Three of the four exterior sconces were non-functional and never wired.
