It was a pleasure working with ***** and JCC. They were able to come in and assess what my dads 1981 house needed to be attractive and functional to a buyer to get top dollar. They were professional, on-time, and responsive. While they are not the least expensive firm out there, the quality of their work was excellent. We had an exceptional experience working the JCC Concierge team. Competent, courteous people who show up on time and with no hassles. This is the way to do it. We were moving a relative out of a home that needed work done to sell at a premium. I am so glad that I found this company! A trusted family advisor referred me to them after my mom passed away, and I needed to sell her house along with make a few small upgrades to the primary bathroom. Everyone starting from ***** to all of his packers, movers, stagers, construction crew and administrative folks were absolutely stellar to work with. JCC did a great remodel of my house. I love how open and light everything is and wish I had done the remodel much sooner. JCC gave me several options for the remodel to choose from. There was no pressure to choose one option or the other. There was a short timeline to complete the remodel and all work was done according to schedule. The house sold within 3 days and above the asking price.I totally trust JCC and appreciate their integrity. I highly recommend JCC to anyone who wants to update their home.
