My husband dropped off his charm for repair. (Replacement loop) They had it for 8 DAYS! Told him a pickup day of Friday....wasn't done. Told him Saturday . Went back....still wasn't done. 15 more minutes turned into 3 hours!!!!! Then an attitude from the owner cuz he the job wasn't done cuz he wanted to lean on the counter on Facebook. Dont go here!!!! Save your money and your time!
The hand crafted gold opal pendant and earrings Jose made for me are exquisite...because of the mall rebuilding activity, there have been unfortunate delays, but now the finished product received yesterday is very high quality and stunningly beautiful! Will let you know how my engagement ring stones and larimar design ring and with larimar earrings, and gye nyame gold earrings designs turn out! Excited now after receiving this lovely opal set!!!
I met the owner over 10 years ago and he has always given me excellent customer service, was warm and honest. If he wasn't sure he could do something, he'd tell you up front. I will go to him first for advice before making a decision regarding a purchase or repair. He also design jewelry. Give him a try.
JC re-sized and cleaned our wedding bands and engagement ring before the wedding after Kay Jewelers totally messed up the sizing and then refused to reimburse us or do it again without a charge. He finished the work in about an hour and a half....very clean, very impressive! Thanks JC!
