I have gone to Jose at JC Jewelry for many years, and this time he put together a magnificent engagement ring for my proposal. Not only did I get a good deal on the ring, which he custom-made by hand, but it looks stunning and my fiance’ loves it. His turnaround time was insanely good - he essentially built a custom ring from scratch in a day, after taking about a week to get the materials. A+.

Worst service ever. Made me come up there 4 different times after he called me and told me my stuff was ready to pick up. Hes such a liar. Every time I went up there he had an excuse. Its not my fault I keep coming up here when you tell me to! If you actually want something done do not go with him.
