Awesome service and prices. Very trustworthy! It was 25 degrees outside and they came out same day, replaced the capacitor, and applied the service visit charge to that new part. The technician was so nice. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!
Very disappointed in the customer service. We woke up to a freezing house realized our heater is not functioning and call you in a time of need. We are then told it’s $189 just to come out. I understand a service fee for weekend calls but that’s pretty steep especially for an existing customer. The best is when we’re told it’s because we are not under contract. Lets discuss how you tried to get me under contract. After my scheduled service a few months ago which I paid $200 for you then send me what looks like a bill I call ... read more

An elderly lady down the street ran out of oil. She is not a customer, but we ran out the first thing in the morning to fill her tank and jumpstarted for her. She is very grateful she is 98.
Thank you John at JC Heating and Cooling!!! I called for help at 6:30pm because my heater shut down and had a return text from John saying he would be at my home as soon as he finished with another customer. He texted me a second time to assure me he would be here shortly. By then ( a little while later) the heater kicked on by itself. It was running when he arrived.
