Juan is the man. Shows up quickly, works quickly and gets it done. Everyone else I’ve had out to look at my ac has tried to charge me 5 times what Juan does.
Juan came over to give us a second opinion on our broken AC after we were told that a major part (under warranty) was not available by another company. Juan learned that the part was immediately available, so we suspected that the previous company wanted to avoid honoring the labor part of the warranty and was trying to get us to buy a new unit from them. Juan Showed up on time after I had canceled on him twice this week! He did a very thorough job while explaining what and why he was servicing my HVAC. I run a service company and wish I had someone as good as Juan
