Love jazzercise! Even when I don't want to go- I'm so glad once I get there. This is the only thing that works for me, it's my therapy. I feel awesome after my work out! Amazing Music and routines, and even better instructors!
I never would have guessed 9 years ago when I first started attending that I would still be going strong this many years later. I love the workout and the people!!
I don't always feel like going, but am always glad when I do! I have so much energy afterwards and it carries on into the next day with night classes. Feels great to be active and dance to the songs.
Jazzercise has helped me tone my body. It took many months and pounds to get comfortable with the routines but stick with it. There are many encouraging instructors and wonderful people.
Since i started Jazzercise i been losing a lot of weight and always feel more energize, i love the music, the instructors and the moves �
