I love Jazzercise, and especially the Topeka West location! I have been going for 3 years, and look forward to going to class. The classes offer a lot of variety between the cardio and the weights. You can work at your own level, and all of the instructors are friendly, motivated, and excited about what they do! Thanks to everyone on staff there, I love it :)
Best 60 minutes of therapy money can buy! Each instructor brings their own version of fun to each class.
What an amazing fitness program. I've been going for 6 1/2 years and it's the best. Great classes with a variety of times. You should try it!
I love starting my day with jazzercise! It makes exercise fun! The routines are always changing and the instructors are great. It's the only exercise that I have been able to stick with.
I have been doing Jazzercise for 11+years and I still love it! It is the perfect combination of cardio and weights and I never lose interest. I look forward to my work out because it is fun and challenging and also because I have made so many wonderful friends there over the years! Amazing people that I probably would never meet otherwise! Give it a try - it could change your life like it has changed mine! And you could lose weight and keep it off while having fun!

I've done every form of group exercise there is and gotten bored after a relatively short time- but not with jazzercise. They keep it current and the workouts change throughout the year. The instructors are awesome, this facility is clean and spacious- everyone should try it at least once! You'll be hooked!
