What I appreciate most about Jazzercise is that it is enjoyed by all ages, all shapes, and all levels of ability. The routines have variations for low-impact and tender knees that are usually demonstrated by the instructors. Floor routines can also be done standing. Instructors encourage you to, “Work at your own level.” Being both a natural-born klutz and a late-comer to exercise, I appreciate this and know that as I improve, there will be another level and I won’t have to find some other form of exercise.
Joining jazzercise has been one of the best things I have done for myself. The instructors are excellent in showing low impact moves. If you have arthritis in your knee you should try this class. It has really helped me. Tonight I did strike with Amy Crouch and it is the best way ever to start the weekend. Great gym and great fun!
I love my Jazzercise classes not only for the great workout and fun instructors, but also for all the friendships formed there!
Jazzercise happened accidentally to me. My friend dragged me to one of the classes and today am So very glad she did. It's one of the best things happened in my life and I look forward to those 60 minutes every day. its not just exercise its lot of fun and instructors are so very friendly.
