Jazzercise is an excellent way to get a wonderful workout. The instructors rock. Each instructor selects a different area of the body to target with great results! I love the variety provided.
I've tried it all and Jazzercise is the ONLY program I've been able to stick with for over four years now. They change up the routine every couple of weeks so you never get bored.

I started Jazzercise 8 years ago and have never looked back. It cleared my head after a day at work and now that I am retired it starts my day in the very best way. I have made new friends and have very special friends that exercise with me. I don't know what I would be like if I didn't have Jazzercise.
