I've been jazzing for 25 years. Lana Blankenship got me started. It's made me a better wife, mother, daughter, and friend. It took me one class to discover it was the exercise program for me!
Awesome workout from head to toe! You work so many different muscle groups at once and before you know it your hour is over. I guess time flies when your having fun!! PS LOVE the music!

I love all the class times! I don't have a regular work schedule, so it's nice to be able to make a class no matter what. And I know that whatever class I go to, I will get a great workout. All the instructors are awesome!

i started jazzercise about 3 years ago right after my son and i was 150 i lost my stomach and got to 120! i felt great and i loved the workout!! its a blast and the instructors are amazing!!
