I have been doing Jazzercise for 11+years and I still love it! It is the perfect combination of cardio and weights and I never lose interest. I look forward to my work out because it is fun and challenging and also because I have made so many wonderful friends there over the years! Amazing people that I probably would never meet otherwise! Give it a try - it could change your life like it has changed mine! And you could lose weight and keep it off while having fun!
This center is so well managed! I love the instructors & variety of classes offered. I'm so grateful for Jazzercise Flagstaff & the ability to have a positive atmosphere to go to better myself.

Great place, great workout! So many classes to choose from!
I've done every form of group exercise there is and gotten bored after a relatively short time- but not with jazzercise. They keep it current and the workouts change throughout the year. The instructors are awesome, this facility is clean and spacious- everyone should try it at least once! You'll be hooked!
Love jazzercise with this group of instructors and ladies I work out with. Love the different options of class times all through the day! Love how every class is different and is always changing! It has helped me so much the last two years!!!! A great workout and FUN!!!!!!
I love going to jazzercise every morning at 5am it gets my day going I even go on Saturday's. The instructors are awesome, and after 6 months I can tell a big difference. Give it a try. Amanda
