Superlative credentials but completely lacking in compassion. Had me in tears during my appointment berating me then threw up his hands and walked out saying he couldn’t work if I was gonna be like that (crying from pain). Came back later and did procedure. Staff horrendous. Gave post procedure wound care instructions verbally completely contradicted by written instructions. Took 4 calls over 2 days to get answer & still gave me wrong instructions until I corrected them. 0/10 would use again.

You were given access to me through my personal cell phone and yet you chose not to contact me at any point in time. I failed to identify you as a patient that I would not be able to satisfy early on, and for that I apologize to you and to the members of our office staff. Dr. Gottlieb was great with my 17 year old son. We were dealing with some tough acne and Dr. Gottlieb was very informative regarding treatment. I really appreciate his ease and humor working with my son :)

Great doctor, friendly staff and very clean office ! Making an appointment was a breeze, will certainly recommend to any family and friends ! Doc took the time to explain and answer all my questions !!
Dr. Gotlieb is always professional and very caring. He takes the time to talk and to listen. He is very prompt and he explains what he sees and what he is doing or needs to be done.
