This was my initial visit. Had to change care provider because of insurance. I felt very comfortable with all aspects of my appointment.

Dr. Demidovich bedside manner is excellent. He makes you feel at ease with the procedure and explains what is happening along the way. He takes the time to get to know you and for you to get to know him.
Receptionists were very welcoming and explain check in procedure very well.Dr. Gaar examination was very thorough and explained issues well.
She is excellent at excision of dermatology tumors. I have had 2 surgeries.. 1 melanoma and 1 squamous cell carcinoma. She was successful in excising all cancer cells.. in both, all margins were clear. She is skilled in making sure there is no need for additional surgery. She is very busy and sometimes difficult to get a timely appointment but has a wonderful PA who is readily available.
I went in to establish a new patient relationship after my last dermatologist retired. Dr. Glassman made zero effort in this regard--he got me in and out as fast as he possibly could. He walked in the door, quickly introduced himself, jumped straight into the skin exam, gave me one sentence about what he was going to prescribe for another issue, spent about 30 seconds treating a third, and was out the door.
