Great Service from the staff across the board
Dr. Jay is amazing!! I have very bad dental anxiety and hadn't been to the dentist in 3 years. He didn't make me feel bad it like I was being ridiculous. He understood my fears and made me comfortable. I needed to have some cavities filled so I chose the sedation for that, and it was amazing!!!! It was a little expensive, but if I need to get that much done again I would do it again hands down. I am giving them a 2 star simply because the staff is really friendly. However I feel as if I was deceived because I was charged for services I did not agree to. They did a "deep" cleaning on my teeth because of a procedure I had previously at this office. I was not informed that having this procedure would mean I would have to have a "deep cleaning" each time which is not covered by my insurance like a regular cleaning is. I have enjoyed going to Livonia Dental. They are considerate and kind. Every concern I've ever had, the staff has been able to address with ease. They are quick and efficient! Makes going to the dentist stress free. No matter what time of day, I've never didn't more than 10 minutes in the waiting room!!
Friendly people very clean
I’ve been coming to Dr. Jay and his staff for over 2 years.. Each experience is great... Everyone is nice and helpful.. Coming to the dentist can be a scary and awkward thing. It’s always so comfortable and I’m reassured of everything being ok.. My son Josh loves it too.
