Louann Albano was very thorough and helpful. She was warm and friendly and made me feel like she cared about me.

The worst damn Dr Lu Ann is beyond nasty her and her staff.. I caught her in a lie and she said she never said it basically trying to make me seen like a liar that I'm not.. I had the Proof to back it up so once she knew she got caught in a lie she dismissed me from her practice which was the best thing she could've ever did cause she wasn't doing anything for me but running up a bill. I recently visited Dr. Lou Ann’s office for the first time and was very impressed. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Lou Ann took the time to listen to my concerns and explained my treatment plan clearly. The office was clean and organized. I highly recommend this practice and will be recommending Dr Lou Ann to many friends and family members.
