I fist became a customer about 10 years ago. At that time we had a limited budget but I had the best experience! They were veey personable and we spent about 2 hours putting together a wedding set that fit my budget and esthetic. I have gone back over the years and they have not disappointed. One of my diamond bands was very delicate and they honored their warranty replacing little diamonds about 4 times, hassle free. With a special occasion in the horizon, I traveled back to Aventura to shop with J Allen again.
