Waited for a prescription for over a week. Pharmacy says it was never called in. Left numerous messages and never called me back. Waste of time seeing this Doctor.
Nula comunicacion. No responden el telefono. Cuando atienden te dejan en espera para que desistas de la llamada. No pude hacer la cita. Si asi atienden los telefonos no quiero imaginar como atienden a los pacientes. No, Gracias.
After three weeks and five detailed messages, NO ONE has called back, even though they claim they return calls within 24 hours. They DO NOT return calls and no one answers the phone. It automatically goes to voicemail. Customer service and patient empathy are a foreign concept to all in this doctor’s practice. How can a doctor's office not return a call? Especially one regarding a prescription. Not even worth one star. But, without a star rating it won't allow you to post.
