After three weeks and five detailed messages, NO ONE has called back, even though they claim they return calls within 24 hours. They DO NOT return calls and no one answers the phone. It automatically goes to voicemail. Customer service and patient empathy are a foreign concept to all in this doctor’s practice. How can a doctor's office not return a call? Especially one regarding a prescription. Not even worth one star. But, without a star rating it won't allow you to post.

Apparently all the three stars an above are of a Dr. Viera and not of Dr. Flores, whom these reviews should be about. His office staff is horrendously rude. No one picks up the phone. The doctor shows no interest in attending your needs and just dismisses you. Barely looks at your issue or listens. Total disregard for the patients and no empathy at all. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY from this office and doctor.
Pésima atención al cliente. He llamado más de una decena de veces en diferentes horarios y jamás responden el teléfono. Es inaceptable que un consultorio médico tenga una recepción tan incompetente. Las secretarias o recepcionistas que trabajan allí parecen estar de adorno, porque nunca contestan ni una sola llamada. Uno necesita información, citas, resultados, y es imposible comunicarse.
